Requirements for a Property Investor 10-Year Visa in the UAE

  • Property in Dubai worth at least 2 million AED, Multiple properties will be accepted under the applicant’s name.

    Title deeds owners can apply for a Golden residence visa application if the market value exceeds 2 million or even for a PRO Services in UAE depending on eligibility.
    Title deed jointly between partners is acceptable. (applicant share should be a minimum of 2 million)
    The applicant’s name in the title deed must match with the name in the passport.
